In the heart of Gigondas vineyards (Rhône Valley), one of the most prestigious southern Côtes du Rhone growths, lies the Domaine de Font-Sane since 1860. The know-how handed down from generation to generation draws the very best from the terroirs, and the marriage of tradition and state-of-the-art techniques. Véronique Cunty-Peysson and her husband, Bernard, have been perpetuating this wine-making know-how, and thus contributing to the defense and reputation of these great wines. Their son, Romain, who recently arrived on the estate after a Master's in International Wine Business, handles the commercial sector in France and abroad.
The Domaine is about 16 hectares (39 acres) divided into Red Gigondas, Red and Rosé Ventoux and Vin de France. From the Domaine itself, you can see protected by the majestic rock faces of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the little village of Gigondas.
