The full-bodied 2015 Gigondas Terrasses des Dentelles is intensely savory but ripe, combining a lush, creamy texture with notes of stone dust, iron, blood and clove. There's enough cherry fruit to bring it all together but this is definitely a savory, Old World wine. 2015 Domaine de Font-Sane.
